Profile of Dr. A. Ramaswami Reddy
Dr. A. Ramaswami Reddy completed his B.Tech (CSE) from AMIE, M.Tech (CSE) from Acharya Nagarjuna University and Ph.D (CSE) from JNTU Kakinada.
He has 23 years of experience in teaching, research and consultancy. Currently working as Director & Principal at Malla Reddy Engineering College (Autonomous) – Main Campus. Secunderabad.
Under his leadership the college has achieved NAAC grade A++ for 7 years, NBA accreditation for 5 UG Courses under Tier –I for 6 years with 700+ score and 3 PG courses. He has established Business Incubation Centre under MSME, Centre of Excellence, NCC – (Army wing), 5 -Research Centres affiliated to JNTUH, Skill Development Centre - PMKVY 4.0, Chandramma Foundation (Section 8 Company), IQAC, Any Time Learning centre with Online Lab, Career Development Cell.
His experience has added many feathers in the cap for MREC with NIRF Ranking, NIRF Innovation Ranking (101-150), IIC –four star rating, OBE Ranking A+, AICTE Parakh Ranking, Internshala Ranking, NPTEL Ranking, Publons Ranking, Student Association Club, Efficient Training & Placement Cell with 2200+ Placements and MRG News Channel.
He has attended and organized AICTE sponsored Short Term Training Programmes, Faculty Development Programmes, Workshops and seminars.

Microsoft Project : Received Grant of Rs.1 Crore for AI for Earth.
AICTE MARGDARSHAK Cell: Received Grant of Rs. 50,00,000/- for MARGDARSHAN Scheme.
ATAL FDP: Received Grant of Rs. 3,00,000/- for Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture.
AICTE AQIS: Received Grant of Rs.1,00,000/- for Scheme for Promoting Interests Creativity and Ethics among Students SPICES.
AICTE Induction Programme of worth Rs. 3,00,000/-
Recently his DST- Proposal has been shortlisted with project worth of Rs 50Lakhs.
He has Published more than 10 books in reputed publishers.
He has published 10 Patents and 5 Patents are granted in collaborations with industries.
Seven Ph.D Scholars Awarded under his supervision, two Ph.D Scholars are pursuing under his guidance at Reputed Universities,
He has guided more than 75 B.Tech Students and 60 M.Tech Students.

1. IJRACSE: Best Editor Award in 2020 & Best Reviewer Award in 2021- International Journal of Research and Advanced Computer Science Engineering.
2. Received Faculty Excellence award & Outstanding Leadership Award from Ed &Immigo along with a cash prize of Rs.30, 000/-in 2021.
4. Received Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Bharath Siksha Award for Outstanding Contribution in Overall performance - 2021 & Outstanding Contribution in Leadership – 2022.
He is a LIFE TIME MEMBER - COMPUTER SOCIETY OF INDIA, IEEE and AMIE.
